Future Technological Exchange at Planetary Scale

When people of Earth have embraced a planetary confederation to address planetary-scale challenges, we will then be eligible to become full members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. At that point, Terra Nova, in partnership with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, will start the transfer of technology from a thousand worlds. In short, our technology transfer program will go super-nova.

Dan Willis is a former U.S. Navy serviceman and one of the Disclosure Project’s top-secret military witnesses who testified at the 2001 National Press Club event in Washington, D.C., addressing covert government programs, advanced technologies, and the extraterrestrial presence.

Building on earlier research with IBM scientist Dr. Marcel Vogel, Dan later became involved in an ongoing information exchange on advanced crystal science with a Pleiadean scientist through a quantum communication link facilitated by Elena Danaan. These exchanges focus on potential technological applications, the nature of consciousness, and the geometric structure of reality.
